At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a merchandise financial planner to join our NDDC+/NSO (Ecommerce & Retail) team and lead our 3PP and Nike Store Owned (NSO) plan.- Strong business planning and digital experience- Deep understanding of retail maths, trends, profitability/financials KPIs and- Appropriate skills to influence and lead action plans in order to maximize business opportunities, identify risks and ops, and get to expected forecast or adjust as needed.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?This role will lead the pre-season merchandise financial plan and forecasts within consumer construct through strategic approach based on marketplace capacity, trends, capabilities and innovations roadmaps, merchandise strategy and profitability goals from sales to investment plan for our 3PP and NSO business. You will also reconcile the product based demand plan with the MFP, coordinate alignment within consumer construct and advocate alignment through key financial gates, seasonal consumer gates and rolling forecast with cross functions..WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will be reporting directly to the DSM - NDDC/NSO Planning Dir, and working closely with the Nike Direct marketplace x-functional teams, such as MPU leads, finance, analytics, operations, merchandising, among others.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE- 5+ years’ experience in retail and business planning- Comprehensive understanding of retail KPI’s- Experience in gross margin profitability planning- Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends- Rich knowledge of sports apparel industry and footwear market is preferred.- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others- Business English- Strong financial KPIs knowledge- Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions- Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the businessNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
