DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:You will be responsible for the design, alignment, implementation & development of our Channel Strategy for new user growth.Role Responsibilities:- Create methodologies to optimize allocation of our communication resources (In-app, Own, External, etc), with a sales activation perspective- Increase traffic from recurrent and new users through different channels- Work effectively across business areas/functions to align organization to the strategy defined, coordinate efforts and push simultaneous projects- Proactively evaluate productivity and overall performance of communication resources + adjust strategy based on learnings. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs-benefit of various channel strategies. Understand eater behavior across channels and identify areas for improvement.- Build insights that translate into growth opportunities and business results- Coach and guide more junior team members to pursue bigger challenges and develop their skills- Proactively identify processes/methodologies that need to be redesigned and, spot new business opportunities within a changing environmentRole Qualifications:- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking- Project management skills- Effective communication (verbal and written)- Proactive, self-learner, solid sense of ownership, hands-on approach- Experienced in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI- 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., Consulting, Tech or related field), with strategy and operations focus with at least 2 years of experience in CRM or related fields.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
