DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:You will lead the product work-stream for a high profile strategic project with strong exposure to C-level stakeholdersRole Responsibilities:- Formulating & execute on a winning product strategy against uprising ride-hailing competitors- Leading the development of new ride-hailing product categories to strengthen platform PMF- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including product manager, data scientist, marketing to drive execution across the organization- Leading, inspiring and building a team of talent, fostering a user-centric work environmentRole Qualifications:- 5-8 years of experience in product development or strategic planning, e.g., tech, consulting (McKinsey benchmark: approximately senior associate to JEM level)- Chinese and English as working languages, Spanish is good-to-have but not required- Open to temporarily base at Latam market to connect with local team and usersEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
