Team Overview:
You will be responsible for the design, alignment, implementation & development of our Channel Strategy for new user growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create methodologies to optimize allocation of our communication resources (In-app, Own, External, etc), with a sales activation perspective
- Increase traffic from recurrent and new users through different channels
- Work effectively across business areas/functions to align organization to the strategy defined, coordinate efforts and push simultaneous projects
- Proactively evaluate productivity and overall performance of communication resources + adjust strategy based on learnings. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs-benefit of various channel strategies. Understand eater behavior across channels and identify areas for improvement.
- Build insights that translate into growth opportunities and business results
- Coach and guide more junior team members to pursue bigger challenges and develop their skills
- Proactively identify processes/methodologies that need to be redesigned and, spot new business opportunities within a changing environment
Role Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Project management skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Proactive, self-learner, solid sense of ownership, hands-on approach
- Experienced in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., Consulting, Tech or related field), with strategy and operations focus with at least 2 years of experience in CRM or related fields.
