Esta posición se ocupa de múltiples prioridades y debe ser consciente y sensiblea las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.**Ofrecemos**:$13,000.00 mensual+Prestaciones de ley+Seguro de gastos medicos mayores+Seguro de vida**Funciones principales**1.Responsable de otorgar servicio de excelencia en la recepción del inmueble.2.Administración y solicitud de pagos administrativos del cliente, llevando el control mensualpor proveedores y servicios.3. Introducir la información del proyecto en los diferentessistemas requeridos.4. Elaborar informes mensuales para el proyecto.5. Gestionar y supervisar los trabajos de los proveedores de mantenimiento.6.Responsable de mantener al día el inventario, registrando entradas y salidas.
