We're seeking a passionate **and dedicated Sales Lead to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**In this role at Equivity, you'll lead our sales initiatives with a key focus on leveraging your extensive experience in sales and cold calling. Your efforts will drive our sales processes, ensuring we achieve exceptional results and grow our client base effectively.**What You’ll Do**:- Collaborate with the sales manager to coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.- Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments and timely communication with clients.- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth information flow.- Utilize your expertise in cold calling to generate new leads and expand our client base.- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about Equivity's services and addressing any concerns.- Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to keep the team well-informed and aligned.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.**What We’re Looking For**:- Extensive experience in sales and cold calling.- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.- Proficient in handling constant inbound and outbound calls.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- High sense of responsibility.- Flexible availability to respond to inquiries during weekends.**What We Offer**:- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm- $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 pesos per month- Attractive Commissions- Weekly pay.- Support for dental and optical services.E04JI802n1q2406xw8x
