Importante: esta contratacion es directa con la empresa y se busca un reclutador con experiência IT mínima de 4 años, gestion de procesos en Latam ( Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica y Brazil) conocimiento de esquemas de compensaciones y salarios en esos paises.Ingles conversacional nível C1 como minimo es indispensable para esta contratación.El nível de Ingles se evaluara en entrevista.Paquete de prestaciones superiores se platicará en entrevista.Trabajo 100% remoto, contratación desde cualquier lugar de la Republica Mexicana**Job Description**:- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for positions across Latin America.- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on labor trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices in Latin America.- Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices across various Latin American countries.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on Latin America and US.- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in the region.- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.**Skills**:- Strong understanding of Latin American labor markets and recruitment strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and cold calling.- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel.- Knowledge of specific labor markets and regulations in key Latin American countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
