Learn more at What You’ll Do Finance partner and support financial commercial decisions for private and government channel. Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts, ownership, and generating recommendations to commercial teams. Provide leadership among teams, and present to finance and functional senior management. Interact with KAMs, commercial, marketing, supply chain to support the best decision making for the business. Ensure compliance with the Business Plan and updates at customer/channel level, make updates according to business projections, and analyze profitability and financial performance via income statements. Monitor financial performance metrics of sales and customer investments against the Business Plan and updates, and prepare monthly closings to ensure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments. Understand the business model of each brand/customer/channel. Safeguard and control the critical information of commercial agreements, promotional grid, contracts, and other supporting documentation for internal and external audits and reviews. Ensure compliance with company regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance. Prepare analyses used to monitor, forecast, and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons. Ensure optimal cash flow processes with clients to achieve financial targets. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Finance (sales controlling, marketing controlling, FP&A, or related). Fluent in both Spanish and advanced English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel – macros, SQL, pivot tables, etc.). Preferred professional experience in mass consumption. Possesses strong business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers. Identifies and articulates ways to pursue and manage informed risks in ambiguous or uncertain situations based on sound value propositions. Drives communication across different levels of the organization, acting as a team player. Curious, capable of learning, and attentive to detail. Proven integrity and professionalism.
