In aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow's possible.**Controlling Analyst Intern**Polanco, CDMX (Hybrid)**Position Summary**Thales is looking for a **Controlling Analyst Intern **who will be primarily responsible perform controlling activities associated with the Project Administration, contributing to facilitating the successful execution (financial perspective) and maintaining effective communication between controlling and the stakeholders such as Project Managers and Project Management Office.**Key Areas of Responsibility**- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Management Office to accomplish the Project tasks and accounting aspects.- Effectively communicating with project managers regarding contract documents, purchase orders, Invoices, change orders and any additional services as required.- Providing standard and ad hoc reporting in support of controlling.- Journal Entries preparation + support documentation.- Support with the controlling Internal controls.- Track Budget and Cost Controls, analyze project variances and delayed collections.- Financial statements basic knowledge.**Minimum Qualifications**- ** Currently studying in the last semesters (5th semester onward) in Accounting or Finance.**:- Experience project accounting / general accounting- Knowledge in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.- Experience working with ERP, preferred SAP.- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency, oral & written.If you’re excited about working with Thales, but not meeting the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community**What We Offer**- Thales provides an extensive benefits program, including the following:- Elective Health and Dental plans.- Company paid holidays, vacation days, and paid sick leave.- Company provided Life Insurance.**Why Join Us?**Say HI and learn more about working at Thales _click here_._LI-HybridLI-MO1
