This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you also could work on some great projects.- Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.- Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.- Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR and US benefits administration such as health, dental, vision, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness, etc.- Process benefit enrollment elections in Workday.- Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, presenting benefits during new hire orientation and open enrollment in the United States.You will need:- 2 years’ experience within a similar role- Customer focused with a sense of urgency and detail-oriented- Works collaboratively and using your own initiative- Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows to vendors and payroll- Analytics experience, auditing, and reporting- Advanced excel work, pivot tables, v lookup, macros- Advanced English level is a MUSTBenefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
