**Descripción empresa**:En AMEDIRH compartimos el TALENTO de las personas de acuerdo con sus conocimientos, experiências y competencias que realzan el valor de la cultura de nuestros socios con comportamientos y actitudes que los diferencian del mercado laboral.**Misión del cargo**:Vender productos y servicios del área de proyectos de sistemas contra incendio para contribuir al crecimiento yrentabilidad de la empresa.**Funciones del cargo**:Empresa socia de Amedirh solicita “ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR”**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería en Electrónica, Mecánica, mecatrónica o afín.- De 3 a 5 años de experiência en puesto similar dentro de la industria de sistemas contra incendio.- Contar con certificaciones NFPA 13, 20, 72 (deseable), cursos de ventas, marcas de Contra Incendio (ej. Honeywell).- Conocimiento de sistemas contra incendio, normas, paquetería Office, software de diseño (AutoCAD y Revit), PMS (Project Management S.) y CRM.- Habilidades de negociación, prospección, redacción ejecutiva y comunicación efectiva.- Nota: Se reciben postulaciones de cualquier parte del país.ACTIVIDADES- Prospección y Negociación de Propuestas de Proyectos.- Lectura de Planos.- Levantamientos en campo.- Identificar las necesidades de los clientes.- Comunicar de manera efectiva la propuesta de valor.- Preparar cartas propuestas.- Realizar presentaciones de ventas.- Asesorar a los clientes.- Establecer relaciones con los clientes.- Buscar la satisfacción y compromiso a largo plazo.- Cerrar acuerdos de manera efectiva.- Análisis Comercial.- Viajar a las diferentes ciudades para reuniones con clientes.- Manejo de plataforma CRM.- Manejo de Excel.- Estrategias Comerciales para incrementar ventas.- Seguimiento a propuestas.- Colaboración, comunicación y seguimiento con departamento de diseño, costos y gestión de proyectos.- Intermediar e involucrarse en todos los temas que surgen en el transcurso del Proyecto.**Zona de trabajo**: Múltiples ubicaciones a lo largo de la República Mexicana (Monterrey y CDMX)**Requisitos**:De 3 a 5 años de experiência en puesto similar dentro de la industria de sistemas contra incendio.Contar con certificaciones NFPA 13, 20, 72, cursos de ventas, marcas de Contra Incendio.Conocimiento de sistemas contra incendio, normas, paquetería Office, software de diseño, PMS y CRM.Habilidades de negociación, prospección, redacción ejecutiva y comunicación efectiva.**Nota**: Se reciben postulaciones de cualquier parte del país.**Condiciones oferta**:
