**Location**: Mexico City (Hybrid)**Industries**:B2B SaaS Platform, Fintech**Compensation Details****Salary**: $85,000.00 MXN monthly**Variable Pay**:Equity Package**Other Benefits**:Health insuranceFlexible vacationLearning stipend**Key Challenges**- Own account management: align with merchants, deliver performance report, drive upsell and referrals- Define and manage NRR, retention, and expansion metrics**Role Summary**Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth with merchants and buyers. Own post-launch engagement, ensuring activation, increased usage, and measurable value, while collaborating closely with Growth, Ops, and Risk teams.**Must-Have Requirements**These qualifications are required to be considered for this position.- 5-7+ years in customer success, account management, or growth roles at a B2B fintech or SaaS company- Experience leading teams across activation and account management.- Experience driving adoption, retention, and net revenue growth.- Fluent in Spanish and English (advanced)**Main Responsibilities**- Lead adoption and activation: onboard new users, drive engagement, increase repeat usage.- Act as primary point of contact for merchants, collaborating with Ops and Risk.- Build playbooks and processes for scalable customer success.- Hire and develop a team across adoption and account management.** IMPORTANTE **Antes de aplicar a la posición publicada, te invitamos a actualizar tu CV y asegurarte de que la información esté completa y actualizada con los requisitos de esta vacante.
