Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDrives translating and implementation of plant operations strategy into projects, action plans and metrics in the entrusted APU.Drives strategic, tactical and system activities to achieve key production metrics incl output from the lines, technical KPIs, financial KPIs.Capacity to identify and resolve issues that arise in production processes quickly and efficiently, whether related to machinery, materials, or personnel.Prioritizing and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Ensuring that all products meet quality standards set by the company and implementing measures to continuously improve quality control processes.APU manager is accountable for:- Daily safety audit, Check and update findings from audits, safety control with Law and Internal requirements.- Near miss management and Incident investigation with an adequate prevention analysis.- Occupational risk assessment, Ergonomic evaluation, 5S Audit Review established based on site targets.- Production DOC management (SOS; SCS; CP; Tooling list; CHO.) adherence based on AOP and safety regulations.- To maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process Q- Maintain and improve process controls for Quality and productivity and continually seek increases in productivity.- Stop Scrap Projects and robust action plan to prevent recurrence.- Achieve quality KPI (ppm, scrap CPU, claims) and all KPI targets based on section 1.1.- Top Defects Matrix roadmap, 0 Defect audits- Change Management Process according to GEA assessment/score.Among others.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelors' degree required (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic or Electrical knowledge) / Masters preferred- Minimum of +7 years experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector in similar position- Demonstrated experience to efficiently plan, organize and lead a production operation team (unit)- Experience of managing a budget with a good understanding of key financial principles- Good understanding of Business (related to the business unit) and its goals- Good knowledge of processes and related management- Good Knowledge of product- Knowledge of company processes & Tools to manage people (Performance review, PDS, MRR, GCP) & ability of assessing training needs- Knowledge of IATF***** & ISO****- English fluentBeneficios- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- uniforme- seguro de vida**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
