This role requires managing diverse responsibilities, from team management and compliance to process optimization and revenue-driving initiatives. The position offers a competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions**What You’ll Do**:- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of a team of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.- ** Staff Development**:Support team members by providing organizational guidance, coaching, and development in key areas like time management, productivity, and conflict resolution.- ** Operational Oversight**:Supervise administrative staff to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all operations.- ** Process Improvement**:Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team performance through process improvements, using data and market research to identify new opportunities.- ** Client & Project Coordination**:Oversee the coordination of key projects, ensuring that the necessary documentation and resources are provided, and meetings and deliverables are executed effectively.- ** Performance Monitoring**:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly reporting on progress and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- ** Onboarding**:Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff, ensuring smooth integration into the team and alignment with the company's objectives.- ** Revenue Growth**: Support the business's overall growth by ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to successful project completions and new business initiatives.- ** Commission-Based Performance**:Earn commissions based on business performance, successful project completions, and achievement of team goals**What We’re Looking For**:- Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- 2+ years in office management, team coordination, or a related field, preferably in a dynamic business environment.- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities- Ability to coach and mentor team members to drive higher performance- Travel to the US may be required.**What We Offer**:- $25,000 - $30,000 pesos per month + Unlimited commission potential based on business performance and project completions- Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q24079p4t
