Sr. Manager Publishing- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- The Senior Manager Social Publishing is responsible for delivering the adidas message to the consumer through owned, earned and paid channels across brand, partners, creators and media ecosystem, creating engaging content and advertising experiences which drive conversation both one to one and at scale.- Key Responsibilities:- Create the digital publishing strategy and plans across owned, earned and paid channels following brand and category calendars- Plan and coordinate content production to support the global brand and category calendars- Coordinate and manage adidas’ social communities and work with Customer Service to ensure the best possible consumer experience and moderation on any social media touch point- Partner with internal teams such as eCommerce and Horizontal Concepts to support wider business goals- Collaborate with global Newsroom and BU Publishing teams to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels- Create opportunities to educate those around you to raise the level of knowledge and understanding of digital publishing and its potential- Manage and work with creative and media agencies and external partners to realize the global digital publishing strategy, and global brand and category calendars- Stay on top of platform trends and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital publishing output and the wider team- Achieve on target, on time, in full and in budget results- Support the culture of the team, landing creativity and innovation as work priorities aligned to personal development of each team member.- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge- Passionate about and with deep knowledge on communication industry (brand, agencies, campaigns driving creativity and innovation across different industries and markets)- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years work experience- Experience in managing direct teams and non direct reports (agencies, markets, etc)AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
