**Responsibilities**:- **1. Human Resources Support**:_- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.- Maintain employee records, including updating databases and managing personnel files.- Assist in HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.- Support employee benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits packages.- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.- **2. Administrative Duties**:_- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.- **3. HR Compliance and Policy Adherence**:_- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and assist in implementing necessary updates.- Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.**Requirements**:- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Indeed.- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Bebidas gratisLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
