We are always looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our mission of providing homeowners the best experience possible on their home improvement projects.**Responsibilities and Duties**:- Coordinate and assist with the recruitment process for various departments within the company.- Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.- Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and maintain applicant tracking system.- Continuously improve knowledge of industry developments and advancements in recruitment best practices. - Collaborate with other team members and departments.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Experience with applicant tracking systems.- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.Sunwise Energy is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
