DESCRIPCIóN**Coordinador de Talent Acquisition**:**Ubicación**: Querétaro**Tipo de empleo**: Tiempo completo**Experiência requerida**: Mínimo 5 años**Descripción del Puesto**:Estamos buscando un **Coordinador de Talent Acquisition**que pueda gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y retención de talento, asegurando la atracción de perfiles clave y la disminución de la rotación de personal mediante estrategias efectivas, alineadas con los objetivos organizacionales.**Responsabilidades**:- ** Reclutamiento y Selección**:- Identificar y utilizar fuentes de reclutamiento adecuadas para atraer talento de alta calidad.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA’s de cobertura de vacantes.- ** Cálculo de Rotación de Personal**:- Analizar e interpretar indicadores clave de rotación y permanencia del personal.- ** Negociación con Proveedores de Reclutamiento**:- Establecer relaciones sólidas y llevar a cabo negociaciones con proveedores de servicios de reclutamiento para optimizar el proceso de adquisición de talento.- ** Comunicación con Departamentos Internos**:- Facilitar la comunicación entre el área de recursos humanos y otros departamentos internos para asegurar que se comprendan y se satisfagan las necesidades específicas de talento.- ** Retención de Personal**:- Implementar estrategias de retención de empleados a través de la identificación de áreas de mejora en la cultura organizacional y el clima laboral.**Requisitos**:- **Disponibilidad para atender las necesidades de los tres turnos de la empresa.**:- Título universitario en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carreras afines. **INDISPENSABLE**:- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en reclutamiento y selección de personal (manufactura HC >300. **INDISPENSABLE**:- Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de entrevista por competencias y procesos de selección. **INDISPENSABLE**:- Excel intermedio-avanzado.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.- Manejo de fuentes de reclutamiento digitales y tradicionales.- Conocimientos sólidos en métricas de rotación, análisis de datos y presentación de informes.- Habilidades de negociación con proveedores de reclutamiento y otras partes interesadas.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.- Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de alta presión.
