We are venture funded and growing rapidly in the explosive $100+ billion dollar STR industry.**What we are looking for**We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Performance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing active listings, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across multiple teams—including Marketing, Listings, and Account Management—to enhance performance and visibility.What you’ll do- Data Collection & Performance Analysis:- Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Track key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue performance, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights.- Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams to optimize listing performance.- Listing Optimization & Quality Assurance:- Conduct regular listing audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards.- Review and optimize titles, descriptions, amenities, and photos for consistency and competitiveness.- Work with the Listings team to implement enhancements that improve ranking, engagement, and conversion rates.- Cross-Team Collaboration:- Work closely with Marketing, Listings, and Account Management teams to align listing optimization strategies with broader company goals.- Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including property owners and team members.- Support process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.- System & Reporting Mastery:- Learn and navigate internal property management systems (PMS) and distribution platforms.- Develop automated tools and reporting mechanisms to improve data accessibility and decision-making.**Requirements**:- Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.- Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting performance data.- Proficiency in Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools).- Comfortable learning and navigating internal systems and dashboards.- Ability to work effectively independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, remote environment.- Experience performing listing audits, quality assurance, or optimization for digital platforms is a plus.- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).- Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, e-commerce, or data analysis is beneficial but not required.- Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours**Benefits**- Flexible & fully remote - work from anywhere- Full-time position- Pay range is USD $8-14/hour based on experience & location
