**Objetivo**:Brindar un servicio de excelencia, captura de pedidos, atención de llamadas con clientes de México y LATAM- **Funciones principales**:_**Gestión de pedidos**:- Entrada de pedidos (recepción de pedidos)- Revisión de pedidos- Seguimiento de envíos- Actualizar a clientes internos y externos sobre el estado del pedido- Respuesta a preguntas/dudas clientes (teléfono y correo)- Solucionar problemas a los clientes- Procesar devoluciones- Análisis causa raíz para mejorar los procesos de pedidos- Garantizar entrega completa y a tiempo de pedidos**Actitud centrada al client**_**e**_- Proporcionar servicio superior al cliente (satisfacer necesidades)- Gestión y análisis de datos- Integrar datos de clientes procedentes de varios canales de entrada- Cumplir con indicadores claves de rendimiento- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en sistemas, procesos y presentar al gerente áreas de oportunidad- Informar incidentes de calidad, seguridad o cumplimiento y tomar medidas correctivas al momento**Participación en proyectos de mejora****Requisitos**:- Lic.
