Client: Our client working in B2B2C area, is a leader in improving the well-being of people with behavioral health challenges by setting up and providing behavioral health services through the distinctive web platforms and solutions. Here at DataArt, we focus on understanding our clients' needs and using our skills to enhance their IT systems and anticipate the needs, fostering improvements through innovative technology solutions.Project overview: While integrating into the larger technical ecosystem, our client is creating an organization-wide ecosystem of products and services that requires alignment across process, architecture, UX design, and business strategy. Aiming at unlocking new value through highly complementary product/service offerings client would like to revamp its consumer-facing technology landscape, which includes the modernization of web infrastructure, customers’ platforms, data solutions, revisiting and building modern tech architecture.- Position overview: In this position, you will work on a blend of hands-on Senior Business Analyst tasks.- We will listen to your voice, remove obstacles, support you and the team by all means possible and in return, we expect responsibility and progress.Technology stack: Node.js, AWS, React- Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analysis using different methods (including technical documentation review, conducting workshops, interviews, observations etc), modeling and management of business requirements across all stages of the project lifecycle- Craft detailed and precise user stories, capturing complex system requirements to facilitate clear communication and actionable development tasks- Develop and maintain system and process diagrams (state diagrams, diagrams in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML)), and Data models to articulate system behavior and data flows- Interpret and employ technical documentation, including API specifications, endpoint details, and technical diagrams, to construct comprehensive integration requirements with third-party systems- Lead effective change request management, ensuring that alterations to project scope are meticulously assessed, documented, and implemented- Collaborate closely with various stakeholder groups to clarify, refine, and elaborate on business requirements, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment with project objectives- Lead and facilitate refinement meetings, driving the process of turning high-level concepts into detailed specifications ready for implementation- Gather and assess business data from multiple sources, synthesizing information to shape complete and robust business requirements documentation- Experience of requirements gathering, including interviewing and conducting workshops with stakeholders- Experience working with clients: establishing business contacts, managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing the client needs, and reporting- Knowledge of modeling business processes, requirements modelling- Ability to convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements- Experience in requirements management for Agile development (stories, epic, etc.- Experience working in Enterprise projects- Ability to work independently, orientation to details- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to prioritize your work- Good spoken English
