Ven y se parte de nuestro equipo de SL MEX SLP,Somos una empresa del sector automotriz con más de 70 años de experiência, globalmente reconocida con más de 29 plantas en diferentes partes del mundo (Corea, China, Brasil, India, Estados Unidos, Alemania, Polonia y próximamente en México) proveedores de BMW, GM, KIA y Hyundai.Dentro de tus actividades serás responsable de gestionar las actividades específicas del programa requeridas para la introducción de nuevos proyectos en la planta.Responsabilidades principales:- Desarrollar y auditar proveedores, asegurando la calidad y funcionalidad de piezas manufacturadas.- Coordinar la inspección de recepción de componentes.- Participar en la evaluación y desarrollo de proveedores.- Reducir indicadores de no conformidad (PPM) de proveedores.- Gestionar actividades relacionadas con la introducción de nuevos componentes (EWO).- Apoyar en el análisis de causa raíz de problemas de calidad.- Asegurar entregas puntuales de PPAP en colaboración con la base de suministro.- Supervisar y dirigir al equipo de inspección de recepción.Conocimientos y habilidades:- Lectura e interpretación de dibujos técnicos.- Conocimiento de normas AIAG.- Dominio de programas de Microsoft Office y/o ERP.- Análisis de datos y resolución de problemas complejos.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.- Capacidad para liderar y gestionar equipos de trabajo.- Disponibilidad para viajar según necesidades del proyecto.**Requisitos**:- De 5 a 10 años en Ingeniería de Calidad, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.- Ingeniería Mecánica o a fin (Titulado).- Inglés avanzado.Ofrecemos:- Salario competitivo- Prestaciones superiores a la ley- Vales de despensa- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de GMM y vidaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
