Hello Professionals:I am looking specifically for a Mexican Virtual / Personal Assistant located in Oaxaca to work per hour (like a part-time job, the hours will increase depending on how we work together). It needs to be a female between 20 and 30 years old (I am also a woman around the same age). I don’t need someone with a lot of experience if that someone is willing to learn.About us:We are US based / online company looking to create a business in Mexico (Oaxaca, to be exact). Our philosophy is essential for us; that is why if you are interested in this position, you will need to know a few things:You can set your schedule as long as you complete your tasks correctly and on time.It would be best if you had a good understanding of English, you will be working mainly in English.We work mainly remotely, but you might need to join us physically sometimes for specific duties, like a “full-day business strategy” where we plan and strategize our next steps. As you are an active member of our small team, we will expect you to help us in this area too, providing ideas and solutions for new projects or problems we might be encountering.You will have to run errands for me, like finding stuff and getting it delivered to our location in Oaxaca or getting it yourself and bringing it to the place (currently in Colonia Reforma, close to Plaza Mazari).We are looking to create conscience in people about the importance of good nutrition based on organic food, grass-fed meat, excellent and secure supplements, etc. We will need you to be aligned with this idea and open to starting this journey with us.It would help if you had a good level of managing Office 365, Canva, and other editing programs.Some of the tasks you will have are:+ Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.+ Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.+ Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.+ Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.+ Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.+ Copying, scanning, and faxing documents and taking notes.+ Ordering office supplies and replacements and managing mail and courier services.+ Observing best business practices and etiquette.+ Digital organization of the business.Best Regards,Tagged as: english, office 365, virtual assistant
