Through tailored pet care services, engaging events, and valuable resources, we create pet-friendly environments where both pets and their owners feel truly at home.Our platform and amenity services are available nationwide, with active programming in eight major markets. In Jersey City, we go a step further—managing in-house dog walking and pet care services exclusively for residents under the Bark Buildings umbrella.**About the Role**We’re looking for a **Customer Service and Scheduling Manager** to lead the day-to-day scheduling and customer service operations for our Jersey City dog walking business, while also supporting the broader Bark Buildings team with key projects. This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.Fluent English is required.The **Customer Service and Scheduling Manager**oversees scheduling and customer service operations at assigned properties using our Time to Pet software. Key responsibilities include:**Pet Care Services Scheduling**- Act as the communication liaison between dog walkers, management, and customers- Manage daily scheduling and dog walker assignments- Handle all incoming customer inquiries- Oversee new customer onboarding (phone meet & greets, vaccine record collection, pet profile setup)**Staffing**- Assist with hiring new dog walkers, including conducting interviews- Support team management and performance reviews**Support the Bark Buildings Team**- Help manage Pet of the Month program operations across all properties- Compile social media content from events and walker reportsSoftware programs we use are listed below. Experience with these is preferred but not required.
