If you’re ready to take your sales career to the next level and be part of a forward-thinking company, we want to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- **Proactivity**:Ability to identify and act on opportunities quickly, taking initiative without needing constant supervision.- **Mastery of Presentations and Tools**: Strong capability to deliver impactful business presentations, both in person and virtually, while also mastering CRM tools and sales technologies.- **Cold Calls**:Proven experience in conducting cold calls effectively, turning cold leads to qualified business opportunities.- **Goal-Oriented**:Strong ability to achieve and surpass established goals, always aiming to increase revenue and profitability**.**:- **Sales Funnel Management**: Expertise in managing the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the conversion of leads into customers. The salesperson must quickly identify bottlenecks in the process and adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications:- **Key Markets**:Ideally, the salesperson should have strong connections in the following sectors: Construction, Architecture and Engineering, Hospitality, Real Estate **Language** **Skills**: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and knowledge of English and Portuguese will be considered an advantage.Pay: From $359,845.00 per year**Location**:- Ciudad de México, CDMX (required)Work Location: Remote
