Si tienes una sólida experiência en la construcción de plantas fotovoltaicas y te entusiasma liderar proyectos, nos encantaría conocerte**¿Quién eres?**:Buscamos a alguien que no solo tenga experiência, sino que también comparta nuestra visión de un futuro más verde. ¿Cumples con lo siguiente?- **Experiência comprobada**: Tienes al menos 5 años de experiência en el sector de la construcción, específicamente en plantas fotovoltaicas. Sabes lo que se necesita para hacer que un proyecto brille.- **Formación técnica**: Posees un título técnico o superior relacionado con la organización y control de obras, proyectos de obra civil, o un título universitario en construcción, ingeniería, arquitectura o alguna disciplina afín.- **Habilidades de supervisión**: Te encanta coordinar equipos, gestionar tiempos y recursos, y asegúrate de que todo esté en orden. Tu meta es que cada proyecto sea un éxito rotundo.**¿Qué harás?**:Como Site Manager en Eosol Group, serás la pieza clave que une a todos los involucrados en nuestros proyectos fotovoltaicos. Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluirán:- **Supervisión efectiva**: Coordinar y supervisar a los equipos en el sitio. Tu mirada atenta y experiência garantizarán que todo funcione como un reloj.- **Gestión de proyectos**: Mantendrás el nervio central de los proyectos, asegurándote de que los plazos y presupuestos se respeten al 100%. Sin estrés- **Comunicación constante**: Serás el puente entre el equipo, los clientes y los proveedores, asegurando que todos estén en la misma página.- **Resolución de problemas**: Nos encanta que seas proactivo y que sepas gestionar los imprevistos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución de los proyectos.
