The Digital HCM Business Analyst - Time & Attendance at Emerson offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class team in Mexico City, CDMX. You will play a crucial role in supporting and improving our Time & Attendance solution. Collaborate with teams to refine processes, translate business needs into system improvements, and ensure flawless functionality.**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Work directly with end users to clarify requirements and deliver system support.- Become the SME for Time & Attendance platforms through hands‑on learning.- Find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes.- Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, and change documentation.- Understand how the T&A system integrates with payroll and HR workflows.- Train or retrain users to ensure system adoption and efficiency.- Work together with collaborators, vendors, and internal teams to address issues promptly.- Detail operational practices, track lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.**Who You Are**:A customer-focused and committed professional who earns trust and learns fast.
