Essential Functions include:- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments- Highly motivated- Strong communication & presentation skills- Management of the US Enterprise Territory Account Managers, including recruitment, skills development, coaching, appraisals and performance management- Grow net new business and existing business within the territory- Lead Territory Account Managers in messaging our value proposition to customers based on validated customer specific needs- Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners- Drive the business planning process within the region- Ensure all Territory Account Managers are integrated into the process and are building their own business plans- 50% travel within region- Report progress against business plan to VP- Work closely with other internal functions including Inside Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management and Technical SupportQualifications:- BS technical degree or equivalent- 10+ years of above quota sales experience, and 5 years of Sales Management experience**We are mission driven.**We are passionate about our mission because our solutions protect businesses, critical infrastructures, and governments around the world.Find us on social at #forcepoint #forcepointculture #lifeatforcepoint to find out what its really like to work here from the team themselves.**_*Other duties- **- Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
