General information- Country- Mexico- City- Mexico City- Department- Software as a Service- Job ID- 36229- Description & RequirementsInfor Managed Services (IMS) team is looking for Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required.- Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs.Basic Qualifications:- Experience specializing in either support, development, or implementation of large ERP software packages such as Syteline, Netsuite, Infor M3, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.- Business process understanding.- Familiarity on remote support models.- Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.- Communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.- Collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.Preferred Qualifications:- Adoption of IMS initiatives like Automations, Shift Left, SOM in shift management,- Secret server implementation, Infor security compliance tasks, train the trainer concept, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge.- Previous Payroll and/or HCM experience.Location, Mexico City.- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
