_**¿Quiénes somos?**_En **Control Terrestre**somos una empresa líder en logística, donde contamos con una red de transporte terrestre y marítimo, con lo cual generamos confianza y aseguramos un servicio de calidad a nuestros clientes.Gracias a nuestro desarrollo como empresa, hemos logrado satisfacer las necesidades logísticas de nuestros clientes, con resultados eficientes que nos destacan en el mercado.Buscamos a un **EJECUTIVO DE CUSTOMER SERVICE****Objetivo**:Es responsable de la correcta gestión y seguimiento de los planes de carga, la alineación de folios de carga, y los requerimientos diarios de los clientes asignados. Además de asegurar un servicio de calidad, este rol contribuye activamente al cumplimiento de las metas de fletes, ventas y servicio establecidas por la empresa. Entre sus funciones clave están la creación y seguimiento de Órdenes de Trabajo (ODT), la coordinación con el equipo de Operaciones, y la gestión eficiente de la relación con los clientes, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento para la empresa y apoyando el logro de los objetivos comerciales.**Responsabilidades**:- Gestión de planes de carga.- Creación y mantenimiento de ODT's.- Supervisión y cumplimiento de requerimientos.- Relación con el cliente y visibilidad de servicios.- Revisión de KPI's y Reuniones de seguimiento.- Oportunidades de crecimiento y propuestas de mejora.**Conocimientos/Habilidades**- Excel intermedio (deseable).- Uso de herramientas de comunicación y gestión de clientes (CRM).- Análisis de Indicadores de Desempeño (KPIs).- Atención a clientes.- Conocimiento logístico y de transporte.- Conocimientos de CTPAT.- Conocimiento de tractores, cajas y dollys.**Perfil**- Proactivo/a.- Iniciativa.- Servicio al cliente.- Sentido de urgencia.- Organización.- Adaptabilidad.- Responsabilidad.- Trabajo en equipo.- Orientación a resultados.- Identificación y solución de conflictos.- Comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes y equipos internos.**Requisitos**:- Lic. en administración de empresas, comercio exterior y aduanas, Ing. en Logística o Industrial, carrera afín.- Al menos 1 año en experiência en atención a clientes o gestión operativa en logística y transporte.**Frecuencia de pago**:Quincenal.**La empresa proporcionará las prestaciones de Ley.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
