**Vacante para la empresa BIRKENSTOCK MEXICO en Del Valle -Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:SOMOS UNA IMPORTANTE EMPRESA DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE MARCAS DE MODA y queremos sumar nuevo talento a esta gran familia como: Custumer Service.**Formación y Experiência**:Seguimiento diario, oportuno y eficiente en nuestros medios de contacto: Correo, WhatsApp, Teléfono y Formas de contacto.Seguimiento diario a los requerimientos solicitados por los clientes.Atender en tiempo y forma los contactos por medio de Watts App y llamadas (Actividad 100% asignadas a sus actividades diarias) y Seguimiento a formas de Contacto y correo.Atención y seguimiento a casos críticos.Uso adecuado de las herramientas de gestión de contactos: correo, WhatsApp, teléfono y formas de contacto.Funcionamiento adecuado de Administración Web (referente a sus funciones de Customer Service).Uso e interpretación adecuada de páginas Web.Manejo adecuado de catálogos de productos para procesar cambios.Manejo adecuado de comanda de estafeta.Uso y generación correcta de guías en Comando Estafeta.Apartado correcto de Item para cambio en Admón.
