If you’re inspired by the possibilities of science to make a difference and ready to discover what you can do - join us.**Accountabilities**:As a Global Learning Partner, you will work as part of the Learning & Leadership Development team, bringing innovative learning solutions to continue to transform the learning culture at AstraZeneca. This role works closely with the Global Learning Directors to provide professional input to key portfolio areas through thought leadership, and project delivery. You will support several stages of the learning cycle: research, learning design, solution development, delivery, evaluation for both formal and informal learning.**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Experience of learning technologies and approaches- Experienced in the design and delivery of learning solutions- Strong written & verbal skills- Strong influencing and networking skills; stakeholder management experience- Experienced project management and organisational skills with a high level of flexibility and ability to manage detail- Entrepreneurial thinker, willing to do things differently- Ambitious mindset, looks for new and innovative ways to drive learning and development across the enterprise- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn- Ability to follow processes, and create and maintain efficient ways of working for self and others- High level of digital curiosity, how systems can be used to enhance the learner experience**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- University Degree or equivalent.- Experience working in matrix teams and ambiguous dynamics.- Ability to extract simple concepts from complex environments.- ‘Putting the learner at the heart of what we do’ - approach to design and delivery- Digital engagement experience either within learning, marketing or social media.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
