Senior Quality Control Engineer-VSQResponsible to evaluate that vendor/factory can comply to Hasbro quality requirements for onboarding and continual production.Review and ensure vendor/factory maintain compliance to Hasbro quality requirementsMeasure vendor/factories capability and support to capability build at vendor/factory Quality team.Manage customer complaints as well as factory issues related to production control and workmanshipSupport vendor/factory for problem prevention and problem solvingWork with NPQ QA on early development status to confirm the production control point(s) on product according to different product types.Work with factory for technical and Quality Audit ( HIQ audit and Manufacturing process control audit), an in-depth evaluation of the manufacturer’s capability and reliabilityFollow up of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) submitted by factory.Maintain Key Performance Indicators:- Manufacturer’s quality system audit- Manufacturer’s internal procedures, subcontractor’s qualification, material storage conditions, maintenances.- Catch issues as early as possible and work with factory to implement suggested checkpoints.- May need to perform the 1st inspection and factory self-inspection audit
