If your answer is yes, then this position is perfect for you._**What is the job about?**As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will be linked to bring the Voice of our customers to the manufacturing facilities to measure and improve our quality level by implementing and monitoring the Quality standards and tools that help the organization to manufacture quality products with a Zero-Defect mindset enhancing covering end to end processes (supplier - process - customer)This position will operate hybrid function of the San Luis Potosi, Mexico facility.**Your main responsibilities**:- Responsible from bringing Voice of the Customer to the Manufacturing Sites and follow up on actions towards Customer Satisfaction through ECSS, Customer visits and Customer KPI’s.- Implement and maintain the Stop Scrap process for production lines to reduce scrap cost as part of Quality Process (QP) strategy for WU.- Lead the Statistical Process Control (SPC) implementation effort in WU plants to reduce quality defects in assembly lines.- Implement and monitor the usage of the Grundfos Quality Standards & tools on WU plants and assembly centers.- Promote the usage of Quality Processes through training for operators/stakeholders during implementation rollout efforts (SPC, Stop Scrap).- Supports root cause analysis on major manufacturing issues in WU plants (Red Alerts, Warranty, Scrap, etc,).**Your background**We imagine that you have:- Bachelors Degree- Engineering background (Chemical, Mechanic, Industrial, Electrical)- Fluent on English- Practitioner of SPC, PPAP, FMEA and MSA- Practitioner on Problem Solving tool (K&T, 5Why, Ishikawha, Shainin)- ISO. IATF or VDA Knowledge- Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years (Experience as Sr. Quality Engineer)**What’s in it for you?**What are your goals?
