ResponsibilitiesProduces business process flow charts; creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership- Works with Agile teams in defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements; evaluate and articulate technical requirements to address business requirements, Develop and present high-quality metrics dashboards to drive service area improvements- Manages progress tracking of automation goals and efficiencies gained manual effort reductionPreferred Skills:- Intermediate knowledge of technology and cybersecurity key concepts, Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills- Extensive experience interpreting user needs and writing functional specifications for new systems, systems changes and/or system enhancements- Solid interpersonal skills, Ability to lead, influence, and motivate others to achieve results, Advanced communication and presentation skills working with both technical and non-technical audiences- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to develop documentation or data analysis- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major, 5+ years relevant professional experience- Experience with Agile/SCRUM and software development lifecycle principles- Experience with automation tools and concepts applied to process automation and improvement preferred, Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis platforms preferredExperience with SOX/PCI Audit Activities preferredJob Family: Trabajos-remotos Seguridad-informática Recién-graduadosJob ID: R
