**Project** Description**:About the client: Our client is a US subsidiary of a global financial house working in multiple markets and asset classes.About our team: Rapidly expanding group developing and supporting a range of client projects.About the working environment: Our team primary locations are Turkey, Poland. We are working remotely in client environment. Currently the team operates fully in WFH mode.**Responsibilities**:- Main Purpose of the Role:- RSA IGL Governance Tool- Update and create campaigns- Develop IAM solutionsWHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE?- Overview- The RSA IGL Lead Developer will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of various capabilities including but not limited to Application Onboarding, User Access Recertification, ARM, BRM, and AFX integrations.- **Responsibilities**:- RSA IGL (Formerly RSA Aveksa) Technology and Architecture- Design, develop and implement and maintain access request systems, business role manager and identity data warehouse, and approval workflows.- Design, develop, test and system to system integration for provisioning and de-provisioning of access in external systems and account stores/identity providers- Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of new product releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.- Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.- Assists in the development of project estimates, and contributes to defining project timelines, project plans and milestones- Instructs, assigns, and reviews the work of other team members, including review of high-level designs, detail designs, code, and test plans and results- Mentors and coaches other team members, and facilitates individual team member development of technical, functional, and industry skills**Skills**:Must have- Minimum of 5 years overall experience in implementing RSA IGL (formerly Aveksa), Access Recertification, Access Request Systems (ARM), Role based Access Control (RBAC), Business Role Manager (BRM) and integration using AFX connectors with external systems.- At least 3-year of experience with RSA IGL- Strong working knowledge in all aspects of RSA IGL- Strong working knowledge in each of the following: Web services, - JavaScript, JDBC and distributed computing- Design and development of RDBMS systems specifically with Oracle SQL- Familiarity with Unix, Linux, Shell Scripting- Practical experience with methodologies/toolsNice to haveCybersecurity: 3 year (preferred)Information security: 3 year (preferred)RSA: 5 years (required)IGL: 5 years (required)ARM: 3 years (preferred)BRM: 3 years (preferred)AFX: 3 years (preferred)**Languages**:English: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationSystem AdministrationRef NumberVR-97426
