This field is constantly changing which adds a great deal of variety to your activities.Meaningful Work From Day OneThe Global Mobility Specialist contributes in the development and administration of Brown-Forman’s Global Mobility strategy and guidelines.What You Can ExpectGlobal Mobility Operations- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate and timely Global Mobility processes.- Ensure a smooth operation in the area, keeping track of different tasks related to Mobility cases assessment, Immigration, Taxes, Destination Services Provider, and B-F internal information systems.- Coordinate and maintain core data and reporting in various systems (HR platforms, SAP, Vendor sites).- Support internal and external data audits.- Leverage on internal resources and external partners to identify opportunities for new initiatives.- Participate in any ad hoc special projects.- Facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation.- Review and analyze exception requests, compare to historical benchmarks/parameters, completion of cost benefit analysis.- Coordinates payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses, and tracking of payments.What You Bring to the Table- Experience - HR, Accounting and payroll experience.- Working knowledge of VLooksUps.- Excellent computer skills, specifically Google, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.- Ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and collaborators.- Creation of database reports using excel or similar tools to assist with plan design and plan administration.- Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness.- Knowledge and experience with relevant HR systems - Workday (Desired).- Excellent English written and spoken skillsWhat Makes You Unique (Preferred Requirements)- Prior mobility experience- Previous experience working with relocations or relocation management companies- Previous experience with immigration or tax partnersWho We AreImagine working for a company that welcomes you in, inspires you to bring your best self to every opportunity, and encourages you to grow and develop your career in a resilient and fun industry.
