Purpose Statement: Ensures the staff has an enabling and productive environment to promote business development.Key Job Accountabilities:- Ensure compliance with Internal Work Rules.- Perform annual audits to external suppliers of security, transportation, cleaning, dining and medical facilities to ensure fulfillment with Mexico's federal labour act and compliance with EICC Code of Conduct.- Develop actions to reduce absenteeism and turnover indicators and make reports.- Ensure the staff knows and follows the values of the company and Code of behavior.- Measure staff satisfaction index of transport and catering services.Additional Accountabilities:- Respond and resolve complaints regarding catering service.- Carry out the Social Responsibility strategy of the company, in coordination with immediate boss.- Develop absenteeism and turnover metrics reports and propose improvement actions.- Support in planning and logistics of the integration events of the staff, such as the annual Posada, Father's Day, Mother's Day, children's day, etc.- Support in identifying opportunity areas to ensure an appropriate working environment.- Ensure compliance with Over Time metrics.- Administer Major Medical expenses.- Participate in the induction process for new personnel.- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Relations is preferred.- Three (3) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Communication skills (written and verbal)- Organization- Planning- Advanced Office Management, SAP, Workday- English 80%- General office equipment and materialsWork Environment:- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
