We help recruiting teams move from CV volume and intuition to structured evaluation, evidence, and alignment across hiring stakeholders. We are early-stage, product-driven, and opinionated about how hiring should work. About the Role This is ahands-on Head of Sales role for someone who haspersonally built revenue from zero , not just managed teams on top of an existing motion. You will ownend-to-end go-to-market execution : from defining ICPs and pricing, to closing the first repeatable deals, to building the initial sales operating system. This is not a “manage a large team” role. This is abuild → validate → scale role. What you'll Own 1. Go-To-Market & Revenue Foundations Define and validate ICPs, buyer personas, and use cases (HR, recruiters, agencies, hiring managers, Startup founders and whatever catches your eyes). Translate product value into clear positioning and sales narratives. Design pricing, packaging, and commercial structure with the founder. Run early GTM experiments (outbound, inbound, partnerships). Personally source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals. Run demos and discovery calls with senior HR and business leaders. Build trust with early customers and convert pilots into paid contracts. Own pipeline quality, not just volume. Design the initial sales process (from lead → close → expansion). Implement CRM and reporting discipline early (no chaos later). Align sales motion with onboarding and customer success. 4. Scale-Up Readiness Document what works and what doesn't. Hire and onboard the first sales reps when timing is right. Transition from founder-assisted selling to a repeatable motion. What we're looking for 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. Proven experiencelaunching a SaaS product from 0 to 1 (first customers, first revenue). Experience in HR Tech, Recruiting Tech, or adjacent B2B workflow tools. Strong understanding of sales operations, not just closing. Comfortable working directly with product and founders. Data-driven and structured in how you think about GTM. Fluent in Spanish; strong working English. Very Strong Plus Experience selling to HR teams, recruiters, or talent leaders. First sales hire or early sales leader experience. Background combining sales + ops or sales + product exposure. What this is NOT Not a corporate “Head of Sales” role with a large team on day one.
