Kennedys is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team based in Mexico. The successful individual will oversee office services function for the office and work closely with the local Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office and support with secretarial tasks.**Team**Kennedys Office team ensure that the firm's global offices are maintained and consistently delivered to a high standard.The Office Assistant will report to the local Office Manager and be a part of the Mexico Business Services Team. The Office Assistant will create and maintain professional relationships with fee earners, the administration team, business services, building management, vendors and suppliers.**Key Responsibilities**- Maintain a professional front of house with a high standard of presentation at all time, including the coordination of meeting rooms and set up equipment as required- Monitor, maintain and order stationery, kitchen supplies, office furniture and other supplies in accordance with budget controls set by the Office Manager- Maintain, with the Office Manager, all Health and Safety requirements, including maintenance of safety equipment and organizing training for First Aiders and Fire/Evacuation Wardens- Maintain the condition of the office to a high standard (both electronic and soft furnishings) and liaise with building management with regard to cleaning, repairs and maintenance- When necessary, help book travel for employees within the Mexico office, adhering to the travel policy.- Assistance to litigation team administrating and reporting general information of court documents.**Required experience**- Has performed in a similar role, preferably within a law firm- High level of IT literacy- Excellent communication and organization skills- Ability to work on own initiative- Flexibility and ability to manage change.**About Kennedys**Kennedys is a global law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services.
