Outside Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, transactions, and ongoing relationships.- Coordinate and oversee automotive painting projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.- Lead problem resolution efforts by addressing customer concerns and implementing effective solutions.- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our footprint in the automotive painting industry.- Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP software for sales tracking, reporting, and order processing.- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients, adhering to company pricing guidelines.- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.**Requirements/ experience**- Minimum of five years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the automotive industry.- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.- Experience using SAP software for sales and order management.- Demonstrated ability to create accurate quotes and proposals for clients.- Preferably experience in architectural, industrial, or automotive painting processes.
