This role contribute to ensure the quality standards and culture in the current and new initiatives process and products.. Reporting to a Quality Director located in Mariscala.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensure the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) based on ISO 22716, current NOM 259 and FDA cosmetics and improvement of the Quality System; as well as the management of deviations from it that help us to improve and prevent.- Ensure the correct implementation of the quality system and its systems: change control, validations, OOS, CAPA, documentation.- Ensure that the analyses carried out in the laboratory of packaging material in the release of the product are carried out in a timely manner.- Manage any deviations with distribution centers.- Ensure high performance standards with PM and RM suppliers and in plant processes.- Ensure that any deviations with suppliers and/or internally are investigated, and efficient and effective action plans are established- Develop QA capabilities in the QA team and site**QUALIFICATIONS**- Skills. Experience leading large teams within a highly matrix function- Skills. - Working closely with all operation areas, suppliers and global QA to ensure high standards across the process.- Qualifications - Chemical engineering or Chemical area bachelor’s degree, proved experience as QA Manager more than 3 year in similar position with proved results.- Strong QA capabilities as auditor, quality control, process control, ISO 22717 and IS0 9001 knowledge and cosmetic regulation (or similar)- Desired Behaviors - Responding effectively to multiple demands- Advanced -Intermedial English- Soft skills: leadership, communication, planning and organizationDesirable:- Master’s degree in quality**EEO OPPORTUNITIES**We strongly believe that cultivating a diverse workplace gives a company strength.
