If you would like to request an accommodation for the interview or onboarding process, please let our team know and we will connect you to our accommodation team.Key job responsibilitiesWhat will you do as a Technical Recruiter on the team?- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent.- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Software Development Engineer (SDE) by delivering results.- Partner with business stakeholders.- Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.- Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.About the teamAt Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth.
