Role Summary The Head of Marketing Mexico will report to our Mexican leadership and the Global CMO. You will oversee the entire marketing function in Mexico, build a strong inbound marketing revenue stream, lead a high‑performing team, and execute strategic projects in collaboration with Sales and Product. The role is hybrid, with some office presence in our Mexico City office. You will lead a team of 12 professionals, focusing on efficient strategies centered around MQLs and increasing inbound deals. Key Objectives Execute a customer‑acquisition‑focused marketing strategy to increase company revenue across different segments, using the global marketing strategy and adapting to the Mexican market. Create, lead and execute strategic B2B marketing projects with high impact on growing company revenue across multiple segments. Target the best channels and tactics to build a network of prospects and customers. Create and execute brand and PR plans as well as customer‑marketing programs to support the elevation of company revenue. Lead and develop the team of 15 high‑performing individuals through goal setting, execution and optimisation to drive revenue. Cooperate closely with other commercial teams, country leadership and the broader business, especially Sales and Product. Qualifications Experience in successful execution of full‑lifecycle marketing (demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, content/PR/brand) with a strong focus on inbound marketing and customer acquisition, preferably in a SaaS setting. Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing strategy from definition through execution, measuring results and iteration, while meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growth. Some B2C experience is ideal to round off your profile. Ability to execute while managing budgets and maximising ROI, with a high‑efficiency focus. Track record in multiple market segments and a solid understanding of their specifics. Excellent team leadership and strong entrepreneurial skills, a doer spirit with strategic acumen. Experience in building successful cooperation with service providers, e.g. call centres. CRM experience, ideally Salesforce. Fluency in English and Spanish to smoothly communicate in an international environment.
