Additionally, this role closely collaborates with regional and global business unit to coordinate synergies and opportunities to transfer or import product knowledge and leverage business impact**Your Impact**:As R&D Analyst your functions would consist of1. Utilize scientific methods and Food science knowledge to develop novel technical solutions for innovation, brand stewardship, productivity and portfolio transformation initiatives for multi-regional deployment within PepsiCo.2. Screen product formulation at bench and be able to scale-up the optimized formulation through DOE at pilot scale to create innovation possibilities.3. Collaborate with project management office to provide input on technical approach, timelines and budgeting, ensuring processes and systems meet technical and business objectives.4. Collaborate with external and internal experts to incorporate key consumer trends, scientific, analytical and sensory research into projects.5. Perform basic economic evaluations on new products and estimate the potential business value.6.
