No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**In this role, the **R&D FSQA Analyst (Food Safety and Quality Assurance)** proactively identifies food safety and quality risks in innovation projects and implements mitigation actions to reduce or eliminate those risks, involved in Innovation and Productivity projects delivered by R&D in the Mexico & Caribbean OUs.**Your Impact**As **R&D FSQA Analyst** your activities would consist of:- Conduct the line and facility assessments for new and/or existing bottling plants and manage the FSQA approval process and its documentation.- Serve as the point of contact with the R&D teams (product, packaging and process) on Food Safety discussions during the alignment process.- Review and support any supplier’s Food Safety related information and communicate with the respective team to address any outstanding difference from PEP standards.- Ensure projects are processed, documented, and delivered within defined timelines and in full compliance with Food Safety and Quality Assurance standards, while maintaining and regularly updating the Governance Project Tracker (GPT) to reflect project status accurately and timely.- Maintain and foster strong relationships with operations, regulatory teams, other TDC R&D functions, and bottling partners, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing actionable recommendations to R&D, operations, and other key stakeholders.Qualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor’s degree in food science, food chemistry, microbiology or equivalent relevant experience required.- At least 1 year of experience in quality and food safety processes within the operational environment of production plants.- Intermediate English level.- Advanced understanding of quality management, with a solid knowledge of food microbiology concepts and microbiological methods.- General knowledge of quality assurance systems and food safety.- Quick adaptability to new digital tools and systems, with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
