**Learning & Development Specialist***:**About the Role**:The L&D Specialist is responsible for executing and driving learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives across Mexico and Central America, in alignment with Essity’s global and regional strategy.In this role you will manage the planning, logistics, and implementation of the monthly training calendar. This includes facilitating workshops, managing learning platforms, and monitoring key performance indicators.This role works closely with HR Business Partners and local teams to ensure the development of critical capabilities, foster a culture of continuous learning, promote diversity and inclusion, and support selected change management processes.**What You Will Do**:- Support the development of the Training Plan by identifying new trends and key competency needs aligned with business and company strategy.- Execute the annual learning and capability development program for Mexico, as well as leadership programs defined by the global strategy- Coordinate logistics, communication, and evaluation for learning programs (in-person, virtual, and blended), and provide support to participants- Manage learning platforms (LMS) to ensure a seamless and effective user experience- Create and track learning KPIs; generate impact and performance reports- Adapt global learning content to meet regional needs- Facilitate workshops and training courses across various topics and audiences.- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for the design and delivery of learning programs and follow up on purchase requisitions and payment processes.- Support the development, execution, and communication of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Development initiatives and projects.- Communicate and track progress on the annual People Cycle (Goal Setting, Development Conversations, and Performance Reviews).- Support process and initiative alignment across LATAM, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and the corporate office in Mexico- Participate in diverse global L&D projects.**Who You Are**:**Experience**- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Consulting- Proven experience facilitating leadership and soft skills workshops- Strong background in designing and executing learning strategies aligned with business objectives- Proficient in Excel for working with databases and generating performance indicators- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus- Experience managing external training providers and consulting partners**Skills**:- Strong internal customer orientation and service mindset- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making- Effective communication and influencing skills across different levels of the organization.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude- High adaptability and openness to change**What We Can Offer You**:Nuestro propósito, Romper Barreras hacia el Bienestar, da sentido a todo lo que hacemos.
