Learning and Performance Development Specialist

As a **Learning and Performance Development Specialist** in the HR function, your main focus will be to lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD) interventions for Sales Market MX-CO-EC, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Represent the Sales Market in Regional projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices. Serve as a liaison between the Sales Market and the Region, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of global strategies at the Sales Market level.This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the Mexico City Support Office**A Day in the Life**Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*- Execute strategies for L&PD interventions, integrating them seamlessly into the business strategy- Provide guidance and support to HR and organizational leaders in developing their leadership skills and capabilities to drive qualitative results- Collaborate with Sales Market leaders and HR to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among employees by promoting and facilitating opportunities for skill development and career advancement.- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and colleagues, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational goals- Drive the Learning Culture and measure the impact of interventions in the Sales Market- Support change management efforts to enable the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors- Provide coaching and tailored leadership development plans, addressing specific skill and competence gaps- May perform other activities related to the position- Up to 30% travel may be required, based on business needs**Qualifications** Who You Are**:- 5+ Years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a Leadership role- An academic degree in Human Resources, or a combination of education and work experience- Proven ability executing a comprehensive Learning & Development Strategy- Success completing a L&PD needs analysis- Experience with various leadership models and adult learning theories- Proficient in instructional design and content creation- Demonstrates ability to facilitate and deliver trainings- LMS Administration- Adobe In Design- Illustrator- Captivate- Articulate 360**Additional Information**Global BenefitsWe offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
