This leader will be responsible for designing and bringing to life the short, mid & long term brand strategy of the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances categories. Will be in charge of designing and driving the product marketing while continue building the overall brand equity in the market. Hisense is the No1 brand in +100” TV, Fastest growing brand in soundbars and a recognized Refrigerator and Washing Machines brand in Mexico. That drives technological innovation and high quality products that surpasses consumers’ expectations. Every day thousands of more Mexicans trust our brand and products. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work with both the rest of the marketing functions as well as with the Mexico, Regional and HeadQuarters multi-functional teams (Sales, BP, PLM, Finance, etc). She/he is expected to lead and successfully partner with our roster agencies to maximize the brand impact with consumers and in the market. We are passionate about sports and are official sponsors of a lot of different Sports Events such as CWC FIFA Club WC, among other top worldwide sponsorships, which makes it a great fit if you love sports and have experience maximizing PR, alliances, KOLs & influencers strategies. Key Job Responsibilities Own the overall Brand strategy for Mexico: desired brand attributes, equity building initiatives, consumer knowledge and insights creation, among others. Responsible of Product Marketing for Consumer Electronics (TV, soundbars) and Home Appliances (Refrigerators, washing, cooking, etc). Co-lead & collaborate with other marketing areas such as display, promoters & in-store operations, media, digital & perfomance marketing. Collaborate with Hisense Mexico multi-functional team, specifically with Sales, finance, logistics, among others. Overall stakeholder management – design, document and present strategies/execution plans and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences. Data driven: be able to gather information from different sources to present solutions based on data such as sell-in, sell-out and any data related business decisions. Own financial analysis to determine net incrementality and ROI of marketing initiatives. Ownership and empowerment to drive decisions, weighting risks and escalating when needed. Manage agencies (creative, PR & media) to develop and execute with excellence key brand initiatives. Think critically & provide innovative solutions to product marketing within our categories. Be able to translate consumer insights and business languange into simple & Smart consumer language. Qualifications: Experience : +7 years proven experience in brand/category marketing, ideally in consumer electronics or at least 3 different categories. Experience leading multi-functional teams, both internal and external (agencies). Experience in fast growing environments and in test/learn cultures. Team player. Enjoys interacting with others, building teams and having fun. Self-motivator that is a positive force in any team. Outstanding communication skills, both everyday and presentations to top management. Relentlessly high standards with impeccable attention to detail. Plans and follows-through until results are achieved or surpassed. Excellent negotiation skills. Languages : Spanish- English (Intermediate+ Level) Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
