The combination of our local knowledge with global experience helps us deliver the best results to our clients in the region.A vital part of our success is the dedication of our Finance team. We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will be an integral member of the Corporate Finance Team to work on the operations, accounting, finance and commercial processes for our Latin America offices.**Role Accountability**:- Regional Office and Project accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis- Preparation of the annual budget alongside local leadership- Contributing to the preparation of business plans, financial analysis, bidding, contracting etc- Management of bank accounts, cash flows and local taxation issues- Supervision of salary payments and expense reports reimbursement- Participate in various ad-hoc projects as required- Provide innovative solutions to improve existing processes**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and Experience**:- Degree level education in Finance, Law or Business plus CPA designation- Minimum 5 years solid experience in a corporate finance \ accounting function- Self-learning skills and proactive approach for solving problems; self-motivated and innovative thinking- Strong Excel skills- Full command of the English and Spanish languages: written, spoken and readAdditional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
